Responsibilities
- Keeps track of numbered transactions and keeps a daily check-in of the house for the point of work;
- Keeps records of invoices received from suppliers, of invoices issued, of fixed assets located inside the office;
- Performs secretarial activities: handles telephone calls / visitors / workplace correspondence in an efficient manner, ensures protocol activity during meetings, in accordance with daily requirements;
- Provides administrative support to the entire team of the office: keeps the agenda of events / meetings, writes messages and business reports, acts as a liaison in customer relations (provides assistance in the phases of contracting, deliveries, payments, etc.).
- Keeps records of service work; issues service intervention sheets in the electronic system;
- Acts as a liaison between the local sales & after-sales teams and the teams in the other locations of the company: centralizes / prepares and distributes requests and / or communications to and from the local team;
- Acts as a liaison between the company and local institutions;
- It acts as a translator (English - Romanian / Romanian - English).
The ideal candidate
- Very organized person, with good relationship skills with others;
- Proactive, customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude;
- Very good communication skills - spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of English is required;
- Similar previous experience is required;
- Knowledge of primary accounting can be an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft Outlook).
