Service
The development of maintenance services was based on analysing the farmers’ needs and started with restructuring, respectively organizing the lucrative facilities in the country, equipped with state-of-the-art workshops and equipment. In addition to the workshops around the country, Titan Machinery has ready a fleet of over 80 fully equipped utility vehicles, ready to intervene in due time to support farmers when requested. Within the adopted expansion program, approximately 20 training programs take place annually at the partners’ headquarters in Europe.

Maintenance services include also a division for the reconditioning of used machines. Consequently, each used machine within the Titan Machinery portfolio undergoes a thorough reconditioning process, under the careful supervision of a coordinating engineer. The machine in question is subjected to technical expertise and completely reconditioned for long term use.

The Case IH manufacturer
The American brand Case IH represents the pure tradition of leadership that has been setting in motion the agricultural sector for nearly two centuries. The highlight of Case IH's history is the joining of the efforts of agricultural machinery large companies and brands, including Case, International Harvester and David Brown, etc. Each of these brands played an important role in the history and evolution of Case IH. The American manufacturer's machines are manufactured at the plant in Sankt Valentin, Austria, at the plant in Grand Island, Nebraska – the place where the Axial-Flow® combines are manufactured, the plant in Racine, Wisconsin – the place where the Magnum® tractors are manufactured and the plant in Fargo, North Dakota – the place where the Steiger® and Quadtrac® tractors are manufactured.

Case IH hasn’t been for a long time just a simple agricultural brand, given the substantial contribution it has constantly made to the industrial sector. The path it pursued in inventing and developing the modern agriculture shows how deep the “roots” of the American manufacturer go into the thick and fertile layer of the agricultural sector over the last two centuries.

The Väderstad manufacturer
The Swedish manufacturer from the city of Väderstad is known for the high quality of machines and of the parts these are made of. One of the company's mottoes was first spoken years ago by its founder, Rune Stark, namely: “Make things last”, as a reflection of the fact that it was at the forefront in terms of quality and performance. Its own production of wear parts is unique on the market and grants the construction company Väderstad full control over the process.

The machines, their components, but also properties such as materials’ susceptibility to corrosion, reactions to contact with fertilizers and moisture are extensively tested. All forged connections are tested on the vibrating stands, while disks and skates wear is measured in seeding laboratories. The final assembled machines are driven, lap after lap, in a granite quarry, where they are tested for durability. Under these conditions the machines suffer much more than they will ever suffer in real life on farms, to quickly detect the weaknesses that are then remedied. This results in longer life, which means good savings for end-customers. The high confidence in the quality of these seeding equipments was also reflected by the years of warranty granted from the beginning by the manufacturer. This means that the farmers could feel safe about their investment.
